This past weekend we went on a small jaunt to Huntington Beach. It was our first trip staying in a hotel with Arden so we were eager to see how it would go. Even though it was a very short stay, we had a blast! Arden loved the hotel room (despite getting no sleep) and the beach was amazing! Dean's friends were in town (one from Tennessee & one from Los Angeles) so we all met up in HB for dinner & breakfast. This was the first time his friends met Arden so that was fun, too. We stayed at the Waterfront Hilton right on the coastline. Our balcony had a sunrise mountain view on the left and the beach on the right. We all awoke at 5 a.m. and watched the sunrise. It was absolutely beautiful! We also took Arden across the street to play on the beach. Then we walked down to the HB Pier & checked out all of the shops.
