It's that time of year again. It was the annual Marshall Family trip to
Bates Nut Farm pumpkin patch. It was another hot day (not nearly as bad as last year) and it was B.U.S.Y. We ended up leaving a little later than expected and got stuck in traffic a mile from the farm. Luckily, it only took us 15 minutes but while we were there, people were saying it took them hours to get in. CRAZY! It was a fun time but I don't think we'll be going here next year. We found some great alternatives near our home so it's Adios to our annual Bates trip. It was fun while it lasted. I did get some great Apple Butter from the general store there. Yum.
