My Little Man

He's growing in leaps & bounds!  As you can see, he's 'walking' with his tractor.  A scary thought, but isn't he cute?! 

My little man is doing so many things!  His speech is increasing by the day.  He mostly just babbles away but he mimics EVERYTHING he hears.  He says Momma & Dada like a pro.  And I swear that he's said on an occasion: Arden (Ahda), gentle (genta), dog (dah).  It definitely seems that the second child picks up on things more quickly.  Maybe it's an innate sense to want to 'fit in'?  But, it seems like he can keep up with the rest of 'em. 

He has six teeth - top four front and two bottom front. His face is starting to change with his new grill.  Is it possible he get any cuter?!     

He's eating tons of different foods and he's now eating finger foods.  His newest food of the week is tofu.  He LOVES it....mainly because he prefers to feed himself.  He's also eating blueberries, yogurt, cheese, chicken, broccoli, and spinach....among his usual.  His favorite fruits are apricots & bananas.  His fave veggies are peas & carrots.

He's getting better with his balance.  He's cruising the furniture and is braver by the day.  If we put him down in a standing position and let go he will stand for a good 3-5 seconds.  He always resorts to crawling since it's much faster. 

He's a tank.  Really.  He will run anything down that's in his way or will climb right over it.  Doesn't matter what it is; a large toy, the dog, a person.  Not a day goes by that he doesn't whack his face, bump his head or try and jump out of your arms!  A TANK I tell you!  I can foresee a few emergency room visits in our future.  Typical boy.

He's also waving, clapping, high-five-ing, kissing and pointing.    He uses his sign language more, too.  He signs MILK very well- and he wants it when he wants it!  Huge milestones!  We're so proud of our little man!
