The Marshall Family is thrilled to announce that we are expecting another little bundle of joy!!! Baby #2 will be arriving in April 2011!!! We wanted to share the news 'officially' on our blog as the news is starting to spread like wildfire. ;)
Currently, I am at the beginning of my 2nd trimester and thankful to have reached this point. It's been a rough 13 weeks as I've been sick, sick, sick! At first, the nausea started in my 5th week and went strong (I mean, STRONG!) for about 5-6 weeks....now it comes and goes whenever it darn well feels like it. Most people are pretty understanding about me having to cancel plans last minute, while others...not so much. Oh well, what can I say?! This baby decides everything from here on out. ;)
I've definitely heard (and seen with friends) that you show way sooner in your second pregnancy than with your first. Well, I can honestly say that is VERY true! I already look like I'm nearly 5 months pregnant. It's been difficult to hide for sure. Lots of flowy shirts and stretchy pants but it's quite obvious at this point.
Big Sister Arden is very excited (as much as a 2yo can be) and she's given the news to both Grandpa's; Frank & Larry by telling them: "I'm going to be a big sister." When they couldn't quite understand exactly what she was saying, she then blurted out: "There's a baby in Mommy's belly!"
Our blog is a great way to keep family & friends up-to-date on the pregnancy, as well as the going's on in our family. We hope you are as happy as we are!
Love,
Courtney, Dean, Arden & Baby #2
